Ms.  Madina Dasaeva is a Regional Director MRP-EURASIA in Central Asia sub-region.

Madina joined MRP’s Astana office in 2010. As Regional Director MRP-EURASIA in Central Asia sub-region, she shares responsibility for 6 countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia.

Ms. Dasaeva has spent the past decade contributing to the development of online as the dominant data collection method in Central Asia, most recently as Managing Director of MARKCONECT (Kazakhstan office).

She has also held business development roles with research pioneer IMG-EURASIA.  Madina has over 12 years of market research experience, including managing large international projects in pharmaceutical, banking, IT, and telecommunication and many others. It is very importantMadina perfectly understands the specifics of human relations among multi-ethnic and multi-religious population of Central Asia.

She has longembedded in investigation of history, culture, national mentality, including prohibitions and differences with the EUROPEAN mentality. Madina perfectly interacts with field-local executors EURASIA MCI and enjoys among them trustworthiness.

She holds a degree in Business Administration and Market Studies from the Bishkek University, Kyrgyzstan.

 

Operational responsibilities in the projects:

• Managing data collection and data entry in subordinated sub-region
• Splits the subordinated sub-region field task between representative offices MRP in multi-country projects, update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines on sub-regional level
• Coordinate work flow on subordinated sub-regionlevel
• Contributes to managing of recruitment and training of local field staff
• Contribute to questionnaire and IDI/FGD guides development, translation and pilot testing in subordinated sub-region
• Contributes to the data coding and cleaning in subordinated sub-region
• Contributes to the databases preparing in subordinated sub-region
• Contribute to final reports
• Monitors together with General director assistant meet the approved technologies, and quality assurance in subordinated sub-region.
