Mr. Alban Bilalit is Regional Director in MRP-EURASIA for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia.
Alban Bilalit is responsible for MRP's businesses in abovementioned sub-region.
Since 2001, he has been working with MRP-EURASIA in market research of Agro Products, Plastics, Packaging Materials, and irrigation equipments such as Drip and Sprinkler Systems. Alban has 20+ Years experienced in various aspects of Brand Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Retail Management, Inventory Management, Market Research, Competitors analysis, Brand Building and promotional activities in different local and international commercial companies in Albania, B&H, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria. In this way hegained a gigantic organizational experience, a detailed understanding of national mentalities, useful personal relationship with influential local state officials, prominent public figures, journalists and sociologists.
Mr.Bilalit fluent in English, Albanian (native), Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Bulgarian. Knowledge of many languages allows himefficiently successfully resolve any issues related to local projects in his sub-region without any communication barriers.
Hepays special attention to harmonious relationships with local field performers, and carefully examine all potential obstacles at the polls of hard-to-reach respondents. Alban is very well versed in local ethnic communities on the Balkans (fears, expectations, desires, and prohibitions). If necessary he provides very important recommendations to overcome resistance of national mentalities the development of methodologies and technical materials for surveys.
Mr. Bilalit holds a M.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Tirana University (Albania).
Operational responsibilities in the projects:

Managing data collection and data entry in subordinated sub-region

Splits the subordinated sub-region field task between representative offices MRP in multi-country projects, update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines on sub-regional level

Coordinate work flow on subordinated sub-region level

Contributes to managing of recruitment and training of local field staff

Contribute to questionnaire and IDI/FGD guides development, translation and pilot testing in subordinated sub-region

Contributes to the data coding and cleaning in subordinated sub-region

Monitors together with General director assistant meet the approved technologies, and quality assurance in subordinated sub-region.
