Ms. Viorelia Motspan is Regional Director MRP-EURASIA in Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria sub-region.

Viorelia joined MRP’s Chisinau office in 2008. As Regional Director MRP-EURASIA, she shares responsibility for all business of company in 3 countries: Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria.

Ms. Motspan has been a pioneer in healthcare market research in Moldova since the late 1992, working for FFM Global and then co-founding Medicine CVR, where she served as Director esecutive.

In variousroles she has been involved in research in the field of horticultural and agricultural sectors. Superbly managed the project for investigation wine makers on farms in Moldova and Bulgaria. Viorelia in 2012, organized a study of potential users of alternative energy sources in the Republicof Moldova and Romania.
She has successfully implemented dozens of research projects in each country the sub-region. Frequently travels to countries in sponsored trips for resolving current organizational issues. She clearly knows and keeps in memory all the minor details of each project and seeks always scrupulous fulfillment of obligations by subordinates.

Shehas worked for a long time the leading expert in the Ministry of Commerce of Moldova (1986 - 1996) and investment promotion agency of Romania (1996-1998). Experience and personal relations with the heads successfully help her in projects of MRP-EURASIA.

She longedpersonally take part in discussions of the project and technologies, keeps control over optimal selection of local field executors. Intuitive sense all the basic company values and is an outstanding organizer. Fluent in Russian, Romanian (Moldovan), Bulgarian and is charismatic and influential womanthat is very helpful in non-standard and complex projects.

Ms.Motspan holds a PhD in Management and Sociology at Moldavia State University, Chisinau.

Operational responsibilities in the projects:

• Managing data collection and data entry in subordinated sub-region
• Splits thesubordinatedsub-region field task between representative offices MRP in multi-country projects, update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines on sub-regional level
• Coordinate work flow on subordinated sub-region level
• Contributes to managing of recruitment and training of local field staff
• Contribute to questionnaire and IDI/FGD guides development, translation and pilot testing in subordinated sub-region
• Contributes to the data coding and cleaning in subordinated sub-region
• Contributes to the databases preparing in subordinated sub-region
• Contribute to final reports
• Monitors together with General director assistant meet the approved technologies, and quality assurance in subordinated sub-region.
